Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Manpower Requirement Format to be received from the Department HOD and to accordingly source out the same.

2. Line up/calling the candidates as per the desired profile

3. Scheduling of interviews

4. Checking up with the MD at the time of interviews whether the joinees to be provided with blackberry, laptop, email id, accommodation single/shared , food etc.

5. Updating of YTJ list

6. Offer letters to be made and mailing to the joinees after signatures of Head HR/VP corporate.

7. Mailing across to HODs of the new joinees priority two days before the joining of the candidate: following things to be done:

  • Email id/login id/id cards access to servers like whether HR/ERP/IDS/Design/Project etc.,
  • Sitting arrangements to be confirmed.
  • Sim card/blackberry activation to be given to dhanaji.
  • Accommodation of the joinee, taking confirmation from Sachin – admin
  • YTJ details to be given to manmohan for org chart updation.
  • Induction process to be completed
  • Iom for food coupons countersigned by the department Head HR.
  • Non joining information of the joinees to be informed to VP Corporate/Head HR with reasons
